Sons of Light - Coptic Church 3.29.1

Sons of Light platform for the Coptic Orthodox Church originated as a concept in 2018 with the aim of becoming a digital platform tailored for Sunday schools. The project was introduced during the commemoration of Habib Gerges' 100 years of Sunday Schools within the same year.

The Sons of Light platform is envisioned to revolutionize Sunday Schools for the forthcoming century, offering comprehensive educational support to the church community, focusing primarily on Sunday school activities. Boasting a myriad of functionalities essential for educators, including attendance tracking, lesson preparation, interactive elements, and diverse educational content, the platform also provides an array of curricula, activities, and educational aids.

Key features of the platform include:

• Empowering educators to devise lessons, create visual aids, assign tasks, and generate interactive materials. Additionally, it facilitates the management of attendance records, visits, and incentivizes children through a rewards system.
• Enabling students to revisit lessons, engage with visual aids, complete tasks, monitor their spiritual progress through evaluation notes, track peers' performances, compete for achievements, and encourage absentee peers to participate.
• Granting administrative personnel such as service secretaries, clergy members at various levels - including higher-ranking officials like priests and even the Pope - access to detailed reports that aid in monitoring progress and decision-making processes.
